Hi there! I’m Lee!

I have been providing mental health support to community members in various capacities for 2 decades! I have a MMFT from the University of Winnipeg, I have received 200 hours of instructor training through Modo Yoga International, and participate in ongoing Yoga Therapy Certification through Yoga International.

I am a pet parent to a floofy cat and a giant dog, and am happiest in nature, and at a live show.
