I have been providing mental health support to community members in various capacities for 2 decades! I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) through the BCACC, have a MMFT from the University of Winnipeg.

I am a pet parent to a floofy cat and a giant dog, and am happiest in nature, and at a live show.
